I can't reliably update the patient's ethnicity

Sometimes I'm able to update the patient's ethnicity, but other times I get a 500 response, with the following payload:

Seems only the two concepts here are supported

The 500 seems a one off error.

For the 400 error, you are correct, only the two LOINC codes pointed out are mapped.
