I'm trying to add a general practitioner to a patient and I'm getting a 412 error: A precondition requirement was not satisfied.

Hello,
Based on the x-request-id it seems you are trying to PATCH Patient and its failing because, The version on the request does not match the version on the patient. The version passed is o whereas the version on the patient is 1.
Please, check the If-Match Header.
