migrating from nextgen [ new to cerner ]

I am still familiarizing myself with the documentations and different endpoints so please guide me if my questions can be found there.

that being said, I come from using nextgen and I would like to know if this is possible on Cerner:
is there an existing endpoint to obtain a given clinic's all encounters? ( with the latter's consent).
