Regarding the Relationship field in Related Person, are these relationships set up for each practice/site or these are a static list of relationship values?

The relationships returned should be fairly standard. We ship specific codes to the clients, but they do have the ability to update the codified values. Its possible that you provide a FHIR standard value that fails due to mapping that has been broken due to a client making updates in code set 40 or 351
