FHIR Patients deletion

Hi Team, 

We have been doing some testing around the FHIR Patient create API (R4) and we created a lot patients in the sandbox.
Is there a schedule in the sandbox for clearing out test patients regularly?  Or is there any way we can delete a patient from the sandbox?

We do not offer any capabilities to delete any resource at this time. Within our sandbox environment we do not currently clear or refresh any data.
