Hi,

Currently I am testing in sandbox and when I move to production I want to map the values that I get for conditions, allergy and medication with the values in Cerner's Multum database. Are they same? Because in sandbox I am not getting proper values.

Thanks!

Hi,

Can you provide more details? We do not expose Multum from our FHIR services. The terminologies returned for each concept are documented on fhir.cerner.com.

Hi Jenni,

We have annual subscription to Multum database.
My  app is for patients to view their own allergies, conditions and medication.I will be integrating with hospitals using Cerner System soon and patients of that hospital can login and view their own details. So my concern is will the condition name of the patient from hospital using Cerner System will be same as the condition name on the Multum database that I already have.

Thanks,
Pranisha

Pranisha,

I don't believe Conditions use Multum in Millennium, so I would not expect any names to match up. I also do not believe all Allergies use Multum, so again, assuming names would match would likely not work out most of the time.
