Internal Server Error on Get Document Reference

Hi Team,

We are using DocumentReference call to get documents by patient Id with date range. But we are facing some issues while doing get DocumentReference cerner call, getting Service Unavailable sometimes and also Internal Server Error for many patients.

Many get DocumentReference calls fails due to internal server error, for example, we are trying to call this api parallelly and 900 patients fails out of 1000. Could you please help here

Below shared the five document reference failed calls and x-request id for InternalServerError but many calls failed and also got one GatewayTimeOut error. Please check below details.
