Registration

Hello!
I have standalone a application which deal with health records. I want to register on cerner so that i can post health records to and able to fetch the health records from cerner server side. Can you help me with the process to register and authentication. I have already searched about the registration - http://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/dstu2/ , I am also facing the issue in authentication process.
