504 Gateway Timeout on /Binary/XR: Unable to fetch PDF reports

Hi Team,
We are trying to fetch the "DiagnosticReport" resources and related PDF attachments from the "presentedForm" using the "Binary" resource URL. We are able to get the "html" & "xml" reports but the API fails with a "504 Gateway Time-out" error when trying to fetch the "pdf" reports.
