Unable to see Document in EHR

Hi Team, I have saved some document through DocumentReference API and the response was 201, but they are not coming in the EHR, although the problem I am saving through Condition is visible in EHR against the patient.
How can I see that document ?

Hello Shahzaib,

Can you make sure you are looking at the correct date range in the EHR?
Also, if you are part of the CODE program please leverage your uCern group or If you are a Cerner client or working directly with one, please log a ticket to Cerner for further troubleshooting!
