I am unable to retrieve an Observation resource from the sandbox environment. Getting a 500 internal server error when making the API call.

It seems that this error appears only for some patient Ids, not all. Does this error mean there is no observation resource for that particular patient id?

Thank you for reporting this! This has not currently happened in client domains, and the fix is planned to be deployed in mid-December!

Hello Aaron,
We also experience the same issue. I am not sure what you mean by client domains but it is returning 500 internal server on all hosts we tried (open sandbox , https://fhir-ehr-code.cerner.com and https://fhir-myrecord.cerner.com/). IS there any work around before the fix?

Having similar issue in R4 sandbox: ALL requested observation requests are returning 403 Forbidden result.
The DSTU2 sandbox observations are working
