Duplicate conditions

Hi, so I'm pulling in data from the conditions resource and noticed there were seemingly duplicate conditions (Poisoning by oxytocin) from the test patient Wilma Smart. Was this in purpose or some sort of weird error?

Hi,

Wilma Smart does have some "duplicate" conditions. Since this is a public sandbox anyone can create data on these test patients. This can result in some odd results on patients (such as what you are seeing here).
