In testing our Soarian R4 Sandbox application, during the authentication the user is taken to https://login.examplehealth.com/portal/login where we authenticate with the test patients made available in this google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/10RnVyF1etl_17pyCyK96tyhUWRbrTyEcqpwzW-Z-Ybs/edit

But after authentication it states no clinical data is available. (See Screenshot)

Should we be using different test patient data for Soarian than what is provided in the "Public Sandbox Test Data?"

Thank you for your help,
Patrick

Hi Patrick,

I believe the patients are different. I’ll follow up but it may be several days.

Thanks,

Doug

Hi Doug,

I wanted to circle back and see if you found out anything regarding test patients in Soarian that have data?

Thanks,

Patrick,

For the Soarian Clinicals R4 sandbox, the user credentials to use are:
  1. Username: Astrid, Password: Passw0rd
  2. Username: TEMP_API_USER, Password: Passw0rd
  3. Username: TEMP_API_USER1, Password: Passw0rd

You can select any patient that’s presented.
