API to Manage Users in PowerChart and FirstNet

Would the Millennium API be the one to use to manage users/accounts and groups for the PowerChart and FirstNet Applications? We have a mutual Client that I will be building an integration with and wanted to make sure what we needed to do was possible.

Looking at the Millenium and Sorian i dont see API for persons, but I do under healthintent APIs....

You are correct. There is no FHIR API available to manage users/accounts and groups for the PowerChart and FirstNet Applications.
