Redirect URI error

Hi this is the error I am getting while trying to launch my app. I have checked and rechecked the client ID and the redirect URI. It all seems to be correct. Please let me know how to fix this

Sorry for the delay on this. Here is the error I see:

"sent redirection URI [https://sidd23295.github.io/smart-on-fhir-tutorial/example-smart-app/], which didn't match any of the registered redirect URIs of [https://sidd23295.github.io/smart-on-fhir-tutorial/example-smart-app/index.html]"
