Need Guidance About Bulk API Access

Hi,

    We are trying to access bulk API. but we got error as,

Per our group guidelines, can you provide the X-Request-Id from the response headers?

We could not see any logs with the X request id you have provided.

Sorry I could not get any logs with the provided x request Id I will be investigating  more.

Could you please attach a screenshot of how you are adding your bearer(mask the containt) token?

          Sorry for my mistake. I tried with removing the space and run that request but it still throws a same error. Can you provide any clarification why we are getting this error response?

Hi Javith,

The group id you are using is for some other server.Even we resolve this 401 error you may get 404 as the group id "11ec-d16a-c763b73e-98e8-a31715e6a2bf" is for another server.

Your bulk-export transaction is failing with 401 because we are not able to decode your token. Please verify that your token is valid and properly encoded (can check with https://jwt.io/).

Additionally, in order to call the bulk api, you will need to use a Millennium Bulk Data smart app [1]. Using an app whose product is Millennium will result in 403.

Looking at your transaction in POSTMAN, it seems like you are trying to make an export for the 3-patient Group we have defined for our public sandbox: 11ec-d16a-c763b73e-98e8-a31715e6a2bf [2]. If you are trying to test in our public sandbox, then your url will need to be updated to use the correct tenant id of the sandbox. The correct url to call the sandbox would be (the examples in the documentation include the endpoints): 
https://fhir-ehr-code.cerner.com/r4/ec2458f2-1e24-41c8-b71b-0e701af7583d/Group/11ec-d16a-c763b73e-98e8-a31715e6a2bf/$export

Hi Esme,

           Thank you for your response. I go through those documents and here I'm trying to execute all the example endpoints in Postman using our System Account Bearer token.
and i tried these URL (https://jwt.io/) to check my bearer token is valid or not. It shows Invalid Signature in that URL (https://jwt.io/). So what is next step to run these Bulk API EndPoint?
