how to do a hard refresh for an app in powerchart?

Hi all,

TLDR: I'm looking for the equivalent of Ctrl+F5 within PowerChart.

I've loaded new code into our SMART on FHIR server, but when I open it up in PowerChart I'm getting the old version (I can tell from the version number I encoded in the UI). My guess is that the app is cached somehow. Is there a way to reload?

Hi Lauren,

The only way that I know is to close out of PowerChart, and Citrix session then relaunch Citrix, and PowerChart again.
