Error POSTing document

I have successfully posted a short XHTML document recently. However, when I swap out the test markup for actual clinical markup, I'm getting a 422. The markup passes the XHTML validator.

Can someone check the logs for me?

Hi,

The error for that correlation id is a mapping problem for LOINC 18842-5.  I don't see any logs indicating any formatting issues.

I'll check into why that mapping is causing errors. Thanks for reporting this!

Following back up on this:

We've resolved problems with a few of our documented LOINC codes for POSTing DocumentReferences. I was able to make a successful POST call using 18842-5 just now.

Please let me know if you experience any further errors relating to this.
