Add Covid PCR (LOINC 94500-6) and CoV2 Ab IGG (94563-4) to a patient in the sandbox

Hi --

Is it possible to add observations

Covid PCR (LOINC 94500-6)  - Detected

and 

CoV2 Ab IGG (LOINC 94563-4) - Positive

to a patient in the sandbox separated by four weeks (Ab after PCR)?

Hi Kevin,

Unfortunately there are some constraints in our sandbox at this time that prevent us from adding these specific Observations with these LOINC codes. We do have some conditions located on Wilma SMART Wilma SMART (Patient ID 4342008) that can be used. One condition is free text and will be "COVID-19 (U07.1)" and another should contain a SNOMED code for a Coronavirus infection. However this like doesn't fit your specific use case for Observation. We would suggest that you use a placeholder LOINC in this case for a lab similar to what you are looking for.

Hi,

At this time Wilma SMART is the only available test patient that we've created a Coronavirus infection for as well as a free-text COVID-19 Condition. We can add similar conditions to different patients if needed (and you can as well through the Condition Create service we expose in DSTU2[1] and R4[2]). In regards to specific LOINC codes or SNOMEDs that need to be added, we will not be able to fulfill such requests at this time and will be limited to adding information for what the sandbox currently supports.

We are looking for Covid vaccination record as well as  Covid-19 PCR testing result record to test in the sandbox. I only found this thread, any other conversation that may have covered this topic already which you can point me to?
