Internal Server Error retrieving Coverage by patient ID

Hi, I am using Millennium R4 API's and am getting back an Internal Server Error when retrieving Coverage by patient ID.  This is happening in a Certification Environment for a customer.  

I have patient/Coverage.read scope.

Here is the X-Request-ID:

I appreciate any insight you might have on this error.
