Home Medications

Hello,

Is there a specific resource or syntax I could add to one in order to just pull up the Home Medications?  From going through the JSON I have not found anything separating them.

Hi,

In MedicationStatement, you can look at the extension (it's a "patch back" of MedicationStatement.category from R3+): https://fhir.cerner.com/millennium/dstu2/medications/medication-statement/#custom-extensions

If it's "patientSpecified" or "community" it is likely a home med. "Community" is for prescriptions and things administered outside the system/home, and patientSpecified are things that patients report to us that they're taking. The reported meds are most commonly taken at home, though it's possible they may mention something like chemo that they received at a clinic.
