Hello

Kindly Help
our patients suddenly can't log in to any Cerner EMR practices using CarePassport application and it launches an error page, check the following screen

When was the submission done to have this application moved to production and allowed at this site? I'm trying to track down the original request and status.

Hi Jenni

I can't gets from our portal on cerner any info indicates to our currenlty status, But we faced this issue recently it was working fine just since few days 
Could you help please because I completely stuck here

Hi Rehab,

I went back 3 months and only see failures for this application during authorization - I also can't find the original form filled out requesting production access, so I think that step was missed and this app wasn't ever moved to production. Can you follow the steps under "Connecting a Patient App" here to get the application moved to production access? https://code.cerner.com/apiaccess

After the application is moved to prod, we can then work on getting access to the data where you've had patients attempt to utilize the application to get their own data. I don't think this application would have previously worked except in our public sandbox.
