Unprocessable Entity 422

Hi,

I've been sending Observation resources in the past with no issues. Only yesterday and today I started to getting HTTP 422 responses with only one instance of success.

This is the latest 422 response body: {"resourceType":"OperationOutcome","issue":[{"severity":"error","code":"invalid","details":{"text":"Unprocessable entity"}}]}

It looks like the Encounter being provided is invalid. Is there another Encounter you could try for the patient?
