Dear Support,

We are experiencing issues with getting CCDA file content through the Binary endpoint for Banner Health provider.If we try to fetch it using R4 endpoint, we get insufficient_scope error, even though the user has both patient/Binary.read and patient/DocumentReference.read scopes. (X-Request-Id: 18063826-bdf2de6b-a7b3-43cf-be8f-d742a3642d9d)
{ "resourceType": "OperationOutcome", "issue": [ { "severity": "error", "code": "forbidden", "diagnostics": "Bearer realm=\"fhir-myrecord.cerner.com\", error=\"insufficient_scope\"", "expression": [ "http.Authorization" ] } ] }
If we try the same with DSTU2 endpoints, we're getting "404 Not Found" response. (X-Request-Id: 18063826-bdf2de6b-a7b3-43cf-be8f-d742a3642d9d)Could you help us figure out what the issue is?
Thanks in advance!

Sean

Hello Sean,
 Apologies for the delay in response. After further inquiry, I discovered that the X-Request-Id given is not producing any logs. Kindly give us more information about the GET call you are making, as well as a new X-Request-Id, so we can investigate this problem.

Thank you,

Thanks in advance for further investigation regarding this matter!

Kind regards,
