Millenium and Soarian

I'm building a standalone, patient-facing app. A few questions.

1) Do I need to do anything different if the patient is in the Millenium vs. Soarian systems?

2) Do I make FHIR calls to the same base URL of

'https://fhir-myrecord.sandboxcerner.com/dstu2/0b8a0111-e8e6-4c26-a91c-5069cbc6b1ca/';

?

3) And, after registering an app at code.cerner.com, is my non-prod client_id the same for both systems?
