Hello Cerner Team,

1. Sign-in with cerner

I am trying to do multiple steps for "sign-in with Cerner" process.

I tried to follow the documentation on https://dev.cernerhealth.com/doc/api/oauth/sign-in-with-cerner-health but i think i am not able to get the client id which it needed in process.

Based on documentation, i contact on Cer...@cerner.com but i got the reply that  :

Thank you for your email. This inbox is no longer valid and should not be used for any type communication. To contact support please follow the instructions on link [1].

So based on the documentation, I don't think this is what i wanted! May be i need to host application on cerner cloud ?

on above documentation, it says, e-service but when i tried to access it, it says "you are not authorize to access it." that means i have to use different accounts for different services ??

2. Sandbox process for "Sign-in with cerner"

If i wanted to integrate sign-in with cerner for sandbox then where is the documentation for it ?

If documentation is not available for sandbox then what steps i need to follow for "sign-in  with cerner" with sandbox?

3. how does the application open with millennium? Some of the help says, using iframe but where should I host the iframe page ?

4. There are different type of authentication process, which process to for follow non-exiting users in our system?

5. Do we have to host application on cerner cloud for "sign-in  using cerner" ?

6.

Thanks,
Nirav

https://engineering.cerner.com/smart-on-fhir-tutorial/#introductionHello Nirav,
As mentioned earlier here , Sign-in with Cerner and Sign-in with Cerner considering SMART on FHIR are different approaches.
Let me ask you the following :
1. Can you provide some information about your app ? Who is the target audience for your app ?
2. Is it a patient facing app or a provider app ?

1. Sign-in with cerner
Ans : Answers to the above questions should give us a better idea to answer this one.

2. Sandbox process for "Sign-in with cerner"

Ans : Here if your are referencing the SMART on FHIR Sandbox i.e FHIRPLAY (Millennium) then you should follow the process mentioned here : SMART on FHIR Auth

3. how does the application open with millennium? Some of the help says, using iframe but where should I host the iframe page ?

Ans : Opening a SMART app in millennium is based on the configuration done using the AppID that you receive when the app is registered in the Code Console. If you register in the CodeConsole it provides you the ability to launch against our millennium sandbox i.e FHIRPLAY (in the browser of your choice) and provides you with a username and password to use on the Millennium login screen.
Note : Your app is responsible for triggering the authentication workflow mentioned here : SMART on FHIR Auth.

4. There are different type of authentication process, which process to for follow non-exiting users in our system?

Ans : Can you clarify on what do you mean by : non-existing users in our system ?

5. Do we have to host application on cerner cloud for "sign-in  using cerner" ?

Ans : You can host your application anywhere you like.

I want to urge you to try out our sample application tutorial to really understand this flow regarding authorization and how your application plugs into millennium and other places.

Thanks,
Shriniket
