How to add a PrsnlGroupReltn in FHIR API?

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to add a PrsnlGroupReltn using FHIR. 

We are currently using Mil Objects to do this with the AddPrsnlPrsnlGroupReltn transaction.

This has been removed from the next release of Mil Objects and we need a replacement.

Does anyone have any experience with this using FHIR or can point me in the right direction?

This would be done with the Group [1] API, but unfortunately, we do not currently support it.
