ISS URL For R4 patient is not retrieving the response

Hi,

I have followed the tutorial to create a Stand alone App https://engineering.cerner.com/smart-on-fhir-tutorial/. App is successfully created in developer console. When the Launch URL is hit through dstu2, I am able to login in Cerner and able to see the Patient/Observation information.

When I hit the same URL replacing with r4, I am able to login, but details are not fetched and just in loading state.

Could someone please guide me what is the right way to retrieve the R4 data in Cerner?
