How to get Medicare Advantage Number or Plan member Id of a particular patient?

I want to get Medicare Advantage number(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medicare_Advantage) of a patient so that I can map that particular patient to my application. 

Also is the Medicare Advantage number available in Cerner test environment.
