Error Message: Failed to call FHIR Service

Hi, 
I am new to the Cerner FHIR World. When I launch the app from TOC within Cerner I am getting the following error message: 

Failed to call FHIR Service 

Here is our information on the registration of the app. 

Client Id: f86eba01-4959-482f-b55a-afa2abaebc28

App Id: df39c753-cc3e-468f-92d9-34cf2c734ae2

Please replace the app id with yours: df39c753-cc3e-468f-92d9-34cf2c734ae2

Hi Kol,

I had the App ID built in prefmaint. Am I to use the client id instead? Sorry I feel stupid asking these questions. Tara

Hi Tara,

Based on what you said, you configured everything correctly.  Yeah, this app id df39c753-cc3e-468f-92d9-34cf2c734ae2 should be configured in Prefmaint.
Upon further investigation, there appear to be an issue with a configuration on our end.  We'll let you know once everything is ready.
