Hi Folks,

As we made the transition to using absl in Ceres Solver, the build and install process went through a bit of instability. This should be resolved now (See https://github.com/ceres-solver/ceres-solver/commit/a0dc19eb52b0e4ad9c0a7d11a467d60d88f0f8ba).

Please try the current version of Ceres Solver at HEAD and let us know if you are still having issues with it.

Given that 2.2.0 is almost a year old (2.2.0 was tagged on Oct 13, 2023) and some fairly substantial changes have been made to the code base since then, I am going to start the process of cutting a new release candidate sometime in the next couple of weeks. So now is the time to start testing the code at HEAD.
