Ceres Solver 1.14.0 is here

Hello Everyone,

Ceres Solver 1.14.0 has been released. Thank you all for your code contributions and your bug reports. You can download it from:

http://ceres-solver.org/ceres-solver-1.14.0.tar.gz 

As we mentioned before, this is the last version to support C++98. The next version of Ceres will require c++11 to compile. We will make that change to the master branch in the next day or so.
