Can no longer add pronunciations to new Japanese vocabulary cards

For the past few months I have not been able to add the hiragana pronunciations when creating new Japanese vocabulary cards.

However, the pronunciations that have already been added to my previously created cards still appear when I am studying those decks.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? I have been trying to reach out to Cerego support for months, but they have completely ignored me.
