FOR A CHANCE TO WIN FREE THERAPY FOR YOUR CHILD AND TO HAVE YOUR
THERAPIST RECOGNIZED!

Danielle’s Foundation is bringing back our Therapist of The Year
Contest to help a child with cerebral palsy or brain injury AND their
hardworking therapist!

Our Committee is currently reviewing the applications for the 2010
contest and the winner will be selected and announced shortly. But due
to the overwhelming response and large number of nominations, we are
pleased to announce that we have decided to continue this contest on a
semi-annual basis, to honor more special therapists for their hard
work and dedication. (if you have already applied for the 2010
contest, there is no need to apply again, as once the winner is
selected for this contest, we will roll all the other applications
over for consideration for the 2011 contest!)

You will now have TWO chances to apply for FREE therapy for your
child. Each period one winning family will be selected and their child
will be awarded a $2,000 grant to receive FREE therapy sessions with
their nominated therapist. In addition Danielle’s Foundation will also
donate $2,000 to the therapy center to directly help support their
continued great work.
