Some people have had particularly good results with vinpocetine.

Its a derivative of the plant vincamine and said to increase cerebral
blood flow.

Vinpocetine has been researched and is promising in such areas as memory, vision, hearing, convulsive disorders, and as a neuroprotective agent. Unlike Vincamine, however, it has not been shown to have any significant effects in dementia;
