Hi Guys

Thanks for building up the momentum and excitement for this upcoming trip to Banaras from Dec 21-24. 

A few updates:

• Nitin Bhatt has managed to coordinate an Informals night on Thursday, Dec 22 where 8 campus bands (2 from each year!) will play, along with our dearest "Alloys". Thanks Nitin, Hitesh ... look forward to your magic!
• Attaching here a short note on the guest house accommodation just to calibrate the expectations around the quality of accommodation. As mentioned in the note itself, the Alumni guest house is akin to a decent budget hotel ... so please don't expect it to be a 5-star type. At best it can be expected to be similar to our basic hostel rooms ... but with attached toilets/bathrooms (no early morning long queues!)
• The latest count of participants is around 20, and likely to go upto 25+ as a few more make up their minds! The list is available at: http://goo.gl/mU0s7. Please update your arrival/departure dates, in case you still haven't done that.

PS: Some people (example: Chauhan) have complained that why are these emails being sent to those who have decided not to come, for whatsoever reasons, and their misery of missing out on all the fun being rubbed in again and again! The answer is simple: we still have not lost hopes on them, and sincerely believe that they will have a change of heart and decide to attend. Plus, what have we ever done but shared our joys, as well as miseries, with our batch mates!
