After uploading firmware panel lit up but show nothing whatever I do. What could be the problem, is it bad LED?

There's a little screw on the back of the LCD panel. You can turn it to adjust the screen. Mine wasn't coming on but I turned it counterclockwise and it came on.

See this post. I ended up replacing the LCD and everything worked great.
