CERAMBOT worm gear push rod motor running in wrong direction

Hi,

When i switch C control to software mode and start printing, the rod motor is running in the wrong direction and thus not pushing mud into the extruder. It used to work just fine. Haven't used the printer for while and not sure what has changed. 

Any idea what I can do to fix it?

In software mode, the forward and reverse rotation of the motor does not work.

There are several solutions below, you can choose any one, we suggest you choose the first one.

1. You can adjust the direction of the electric push rod and install the flange on the other side.

or

2. You can change the line sequence of the push rod motor from red, blue, green and black to blue, red, green and black.

or

3. You can change the electric push rod direction E1 from true to false or from false to true in the marlin firmware.
