When I plug in the arduino to my computer the LCD lights up and I can scroll around the screens. (Firmware update was successful)

Unfortunately when I plug into the 12V Power supply I do not get power to the LCD. The Cerambot Pro Control works, or at least is trying to work.

Also the Screw in the Worm reducer is not turning at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First check whether the blue light on the input main power adapter is on. If it is not on, it may be a short circuit. The short circuit will burn out the control board.

At this time, the CERAMBOT Pro control board can be switched to manual mode to see if the CERMABOT Pro control board is on.

I have the same problem.  If the Cerambot is not plugged into my USB my display panel is not powered on.  The brick is lit up in blue and the pro control is on.

You can check if the circuit is short-circuited and whether ramps 1.4 is normal. Or you can adjust the brightness of the knob on the LCD.

I have the same problem with the LCD not lighting up unless plugged into my computer.  My pro works as well when just plugged into the brick.  Did you ever figure out what was wrong?  I looked at my wiring and it seems to be as the instructions suggest.
