Hello,

I think the USB cable connects to the PC. Where should the other two cables be connected?

Thank you,
Masahito

The Ramps Board should have 2 power connectors... a male and female 5.5mm barrel connectors... the female gets the male end coming from the AC power Adapter.
The male end from the ramps plugs into the clay pump stepper driver... (ie the board with the toggle switch in the picture behind the cables...

this is all in the instructions...

Thanks for the reply. Do you fit this way? Also, does the white circle terminal need not be connected?
I can't find a manual to assemble this site. I'm sorry for the simple questions.

Thank you,
Masahito

Not sure I understand exactly what you are asking about the white circle terminal

Here is a picture from the instruction - hope it helps... both red wires connect to the same terminal and both black wires to the other

No signal on display. The piston does not move either. Wrong wiring?

It sounds like the clay pump motor is bound up...
remove it from the worm gear... test run it like you did in the video and confirm it spins
Then remove the screw from the work gear, attach the motor to the worm gear (not to tight) and confirm the work gear is spinning.
Tighten down the motor, making sure it still spins once your done.
then Reinstall the screw and both flanges... run the motor again to make sure the screw works in both directions...

As for the LCD... there are a few things. A few people have gotten back LCD units, and a few have had bad cables...
first things first, make sure you have the 2 ribbon cables wires correctly, EXP1 seems to be the one that makes the lcd light up. EXP2 related to the knob...
So if you swap them and the lcd still doesnt work, then I woudld suggest ordering a whole new lcd screen from Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076XM5P3S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_2HcfEbD5TWTGP?fbclid=IwAR3Pzz5huZsFvxLo6fP_pMEu6SIw1niEE_wAlwZTl44BmtNL8ZHUOD4iI3E

that gives you a new lcd adapter board, ribbon cables, and lcd... if that doesnt fix it then your issue is the arduino,

Thank you. The motor has moved. This was due to overtightening the screws.
LCD didn't work. I decided to buy the parts you told me. It takes two weeks for the product to arrive from Amazon, so I'd like to try and report when the parts arrive again. Thank you very much.

Hello,
I installed a new LCD. But the LCD does not respond. What is causing this?
The motor runs and the piston runs.

The cables look connected properly... EXP2 is related to the selector knob controls. EXP1 is the display....
When you installed the new lcd, did you use new cables? what if you swap them at both ends?
does it light up at all or just stay dark? Have you adjusted the pot on the back of the lcd for brightness?

When you installed the new lcd did you get the full kit? New l shaped daughter board, cables, & lcd? Installed all of it?

I changed all the kits and changed the cables to other ones. But the screen remains dark. It is dark even if the pot on the back is adjusted. Do you know the cause?

Thank you,
Masahito

Hello,
I am thinking of changing the board in the image to a new one. Can you tell me where to buy this board?

Thank you,
Masahito
