Hiya,

when I turn the motor on via manual control on the housing, I can hear it and feel the vibration when touching the motor, but piston is not moving. Anyone ran into similar issue? Anyone measured what the speed of movement of piston should be in min/max speed setting?

Thanks a lot.

The WormGear/Stepper/Screw Drvie mechanism is easy to bind up... you can try loosening the screws holding it all together...
but I found the easiest way was to dissassemble it and test each part oe by one as you reassemble...

Test the motor by itself... then mount it to the wormdrive, don't tighten the screws to hard... test to make sure the worm drive is turning.
Install the flanges and screw, test again... once fully assembled, tighten each section and retest until complete.

Hi Jeff,
thanks for the pointers.

Once I unscrewed the motor and put it on again it started to work properly. Not sure whether it was screwed too tightly, but taking it out and screwing back in and making sure to start the engine always at lowest speed and increasing that gradually took care of the problem.

Cheers,
Jan
