Unable to navigate LCD menus

I have everything setup, and I have loaded the latest firmware on the board. When I turn on the power, the firmware loads to the Cerambot main display. When I press the button on the display, it opens the menu. However, when I turn the knob, nothing happens. It doesn't allow me to move through the menus. I have tried replacing the rotary encoder on the display controller. I have also tried replacing the display controller entirely. I have tried re-uploading the firmware from two different computers. Any ideas?

Please take an operation video and let us check if you have adjusted the LCD screen brightness.

I will take an operation video, but yes, the LCD screen brightness is adjusted. I can see the display characters and menus. I just can't scroll through them.

I am having the same issue with my printer and am wondering if you were able to get this issue fixed? And if so, how?
