On the clay pump it’s got a u shaped piece of metal that we bolt to the gearbox and then it hangs on the top rail of the frame. But the opening in the channel is too loose and the whole assembly rotates and interferes with the rods and carriages of the printer.
How is it supposed to be mounted so it is more secure and doesn’t rotate?

Yeah that's kind of what I did temporarily, so I guess I'll measure something to fit more precisely and permanently mount it on the bracket.

I added a couple of M5 bolts to the bottom 2 holes in the hanger and it helps a bit.

Ok, after the machine almost fell over because it was so top heavy I've decided to do like someone else did and mount it on a board next to the printer. Less chance of any problems that way.
