Hi all!

We are getting sidetracked from our core objective (programming itself) this week. We will be holding a preparation workshop for the participants of https://aces.ce.pdn.ac.lk/hackathon2019/ from 2019-09-12 1:00pm onwards at CO department ground floor. 

During this workshop, we will be discussing,

1. Identifying problems in the world around us.

2. Identifying bigger issues that give rise to these problems.

3. Identifying root causes that keep these issues in place.

4. identifying which root cause can be solved with a technical solution.

5. How to narrow down the technical solution for a hackathon?

6. What is the precise "proof of concept" required?

7. What is the impact?

8. Where is the monetary gain?

In addition, few of you will get the opportunity to make a mock pitch presentation of your ideas and get feedback.
