Why all/many emails sent through CEOITBOX Automated sheets are getting marked as SPAM/Danger

I am using the CEOITBOX Newsletter to send emails to my customers but emails are getting into spam.

How to ensure that they get delivered?

As you know that all email providers including Gmail try to block SPAM Emails. You have to ensure that your G-Suite account is properly setup and also that you emails follow the proper guidelines to ensure that they are not marked as SPAM/Danger.

We recommend the following links to setup G-Suite Account properly and send bulk email: 



IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
  1. Kindly note that for Brand New accounts, do not start sending huge numbers per day, you must increase slowly. Try to use this id for regular communication also. 
  2. It is better to spread emails over a longer period with new email id's. 
  3. Ensure that email list has correct id's, email to too many non-existent accounts will lead to blocking of your account
  4. Please also test SPAM Score of all your emails using the link below before you send them out to a customer: https://www.mail-tester.com/
  5. Do not include too many links in your email as this will also lead to marking as SPAM\Danger
