Job duties:
-Source and screen investment deal candidates; conduct business and financial analysis on target industry segment and companies
-Lead and facilitate financial, technology and business due diligence for target candidates
-Prepare investment memo, internal review and approval documents
-Drive investment negotiation, closing, and related events
-Track financial and business performance of invested companies and prepare written update
-Develop internal and external connections to develop deal pipeline
-Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by general manager
Requirements：
-Strategic thinking, strong analytical skill, articulate, a self-starter, personable
-In depth understanding of financial valuation
-Native Chinese speaker and writer
-Understand Chinese culture and subtlety.
-BS or BA degrees from top universities; MBA or Master degree preferred
-5+ years in investment, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate venture
