Thanks for your kind message. Since this is an invitation-only event, we would love to receive the names from you directly. However, because of the Qingming festival this weekend and early next week, the RSVP deadline is actually 5pm, today, Pacific Time so that our vendor in China will have time to produce the name badges. I am sorry about the tight timeline.

I am attaching the current program for your information. We aim to finalize the agenda in the next 48 hours.

We have over 80 RSVPs so far, and would appreciate your recommendation of participants, as the registration will be close at 4pm, Wednesday, April 2 Pacific Time.
