The summer camp has passed half. We appreciate you for your support for The Mississauga No.1 Culture & Arts Centre SUMMER CAMP 2015. Especially for our special sleepover table tennis camp, launched just a week ago. 5 hours technical training and 1 hour fitness training, training is hard and tired, especially the fitness training, 1500m running, barbell (under assistance of coach), dumbbell, cycling, push ups, heavy paddle waving etc. sour legs, sour arms and muscles, but all the students persist till they finished all the training items. After 4 days intense training, our table tennis camp students have made obvious progress that everybody has seen. In here, thank you all the parents for providing us such an opportunity to train your kids. We are expecting our next week, the last week sleep over table tennis camp will help our students to upgrade to a higher level. We wish our training camp will leave a great experience and deep impression on your kids, even when they grow up.

大家好,
暑期夏令营已经过半,我们密市第一文化艺术中心的阳光宝贝夏令营,获得了许多家长的支持,尤其是一星期之前才推出的第一中心Sleepover乒乓球高强度训练营,尽管告知和推出的时间已经在夏令营开始一个月之后了,但我们这个高强度训练营还是获得了学生家长们的支持,学生们每天按时起床,按时休息,早晨下午5小时的乒乓球集训,晚上还有一个多小时的铁人体能训练,应该说训练是累的,尤其是体能,爆发力,耐力,身体协调性的训练,学生们脚软了,手软了,肌肉酸了,但没有一个学生不坚持下来的,包括女孩。长跑,跳跃,杠铃(教练监护下躺着举),哑铃,5公里加力自行车,仰卧起坐,俯卧撑,挥铁拍等等,每个学生都力争做到,第4天的乒乓球训练成果已经有目共睹了,从零开始的一个小女孩,第4天的收获是跟我正手位打上有一定质量的37个来回。从每天晚上的总结会上可以看出,每个学生自己也都感觉到了自己在打球错误上的改进,变化和进步,休息的时候,学生聚在一起打牌,玩笑,听音乐,唱歌,他们体会到集体的乐趣,其中两位家长更是退掉了别处已经报好的夏令营让孩子继续接受我们下周,也就是高强度训练营最后一周的集训,还有我们现有的乒乓球在学学员新加盟,在此,我们感谢所有参加我们夏令营学生的家长对我们的信任,我们也将尽我们两位带队教练最大努力让学生在技术,集体观念,纪律上有质的飞跃。我们相信,我们这次的乒乓球高强度训练营将会给学生留下深刻的印象,相信他们长大后会对这一小段经历有美好有趣的回忆。
