Codecs

Hello,

Has anyone done testing with the different codec options in Centra
Symposium? We have always used the standard Centra codec, but I'm
told MAC users are not able to hear the recordings used with this.

Janine,
We had Centra Support change our default codecs to ILBC (2KB/second)
from their standard codecs. It's the standard codecs that means Mac
students can see the slides but cannot hear anything in recordings.

Making this change will only correct future events; we also had to reset
about 60 existing events; there was no fix for events that were already
completed.

There is mention of this in release notes.
