Holy Week Service and Habitat Opportunity

Hey Everybody,

 

I hope you are having a wonderful April!  Sunday is Easter and that means that Central has services this week preparing for Sunday.  See the schedule below.  I also wanted to let you know that on Saturday, April 18th a group of young adults are going to work on the Habitat house in Sandtown. 

 

Holy Week

Maundy Thursday Service, April 9th 7:30pm

A traditional service of progressive darkness

Good Friday Experience, April 10th 12pm & 7:30pm

An interactive worship experience to contemplate the suffering and crucifixion of Christ

Good Shepherd Psaltery, April 11th 4pm

An hour of meditation and prayer through an original composition of song and spoken word

Easter Celebration Services, April 12th 8:30 & 10:00am Traditional, 11:30am Contemporary

A joyful celebration of Jesus' Resurrection 

 

Habitat Saturday, April 18th 9am - 2pm

We have a wonderful opportunity for young adults to serve with Habitat on Saturday April 18th.  Come on out to continue rebuilding this new house in Sandtown.  Please email us at yamin...@centralpc.org if you are interested in serving so we can get an accurate head count and let you know the address of the house.
